Creglea Barns – Terms & Conditions of Stay By booking and staying at Creglea Barns, guests agree to the following terms:
- No Smoking or Vaping
– Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Toilets & Waste
– Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Please use the provided bins for all other items, including wipes, sanitary products, and nappies.
- Eco-Friendly Cleaning
– We use environmentally friendly cleaning products and kindly ask guests to do the same where possible.
- Recyling
& Household Rubbish Disposal
- Please recycle what you can. Dalby Church in the village has a recycling station that you can use to deposit bottles, cans and plastic. All other non-recylcleable rubbish should be placed in the green bins situated at the entrance to the farm lane. Our domestic rubbish bins are collected every two weeks on a Monday.
- Guest Security
– Guests are responsible for securing their own valuables. A safe is provided within the cottage for this purpose. The property owners accept no liability for lost or stolen items.
- Payment
– Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.
- Pets
– Well-behaved pets are welcome but must not cause damage to furniture, flooring, or any part of the property. Owners must clean up after their pets and ensure they are supervised at all times.
- Respect for the Property
– Guests are expected to respect the property, furnishings, and surrounding environment. Any damage must be reported immediately, and guests may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
- Noise & Consideration
– Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Check-in & Check-out – Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is by 10am. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
- Liability
– The owners accept no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illness that occur during your stay. Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.
- Compliance
– Failure to comply with these terms may result in guests being asked to leave without refund.
